Custom Wire Kit Processing

Bevco's fully automated WISPR wire processing center produces customized wire kits with wires cut to length, inkjet printed, stripped, terminated, and organized into manageable bundles. Ultrasonic welds eliminate wire whiskers and provide a superior alternative to ferrules, while wire landing and routing information printed directly on each wire allows panels to be wired without a schematic. The result is improved accuracy, consistency, quality, and reduced labor costs. We use these wire kits in the panels we build, or you can source them from Bevco for your own wiring needs.
